Silva is the Latin word for forest. We chose this name because Silva IT values running the company in a sustainable and environmental friendly fashion. We do this for example by using sustainable products where possible and chosing our suppliers with care. If it is possible we try to use public transportation as often as possible. Silva IT also supports a number of charitable organizations.

Origin

Silva IT was founded in 2008 by Frank Olthuijsen and has since the beginning primairly focused itself on the development of narrowcasting sofware. In this specific domain we have many years of experience in the development, sales, installation and support of narrowcasting software.
