Tell-e is an in house developed application intended for digital, visual communication. Tell-e offers you through a very user friendly interface the possibility to combine different pieces of 'content' into a whole. With great detail you can specify what content should be shown and at what specific time and place. This way you can visualize your message and make it more appealing to a specific audience.

Silva IT was founded in 2008 by Frank Olthuijsen and has since the beginning primairly focused itself on the development of narrowcasting sofware. In this specific domain we have many years of experience in the development, sales, installation and support of narrowcasting software.
